Selected Reference Projects
- Integral
Media Lario Technologies successfully designed, procured, manufactured
and integrated all the mechanical parts of the Plastic Scintillator
AntiCoincidence (PSAC) installed into the SPI (SPectrometer on
INTEGRAL) instrument on the INTEGRAL mission. The company has also been
responsible for the design and manufacturing of the transport
container, and the tools&jigs for PSAC handling.

- MMT Adaptive
Secondary Mirror
Media Lario Technologies has successfully carried out the prime
contractorship for the New Adaptive Secondary Mirror System for the
Multi-Mirror telescope at the Steward Observatory (University of
Arizona).

- Rosetta
In the frame of this project Media Lario Technologies has been
responsible for:
- Design, manufacturing and
testing activities of the Medium Temperature Ovens for the Drill-Sample
and Distribution Sub-system for the Rosetta Lander under
Tecnospazio-ASI contract.
- Design and manufacturing of the
Parabolic Concentrators for the Grain Impact and Dust Analyser (GIADA
project) for the Rosetta Orbiter, under Officine Galileo contract.

- Swift
In the frame of this project Media Lario Technologies has been
responsible for the production, qualification and acceptance testing of
the Mirror Module, and for the mechanical interfaces needed to install
it onto the X-Ray Telescope (XRT) of the NASA SWIFT Satellite.

- XMM-Newton
As the prime contractor in the XMM-Newton project, Media Lario
Technologies successfully designed, manufactured and tested three
flight telescopes and additional test units and reached an outstanding
performance exceeding specifications.
